Terms of service

Who sells what

ALN DEV creates and maintains the scripts listed on this website. Every purchase is processed through Tebex Checkout. Tebex Limited (company no. 08129184, registered in England and Wales) is the seller of record: it takes your payment, collects the applicable tax and delivers the product. By paying you also accept the Tebex Checkout terms, which sit alongside these ones. If the two ever disagree on payment, taxes or refunds, the Tebex terms win.

Your licence

Scripts are licensed, not sold. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence tied to the FiveM account you bought with. In practice that means:

• You can install and run the script on the server(s) you own or manage.
• You can edit the configuration and the files we ship unprotected, for your own use.
• You cannot resell, share, leak, publish or redistribute the script or its files.
• You cannot present our work as yours, or bundle it into something you sell.

Breaking these rules can end your licence without a refund, and we may report the leak to the platforms involved.

Delivery

Delivery is automatic once Tebex confirms your payment. Log in with the right FiveM account at checkout, because the purchase is linked to it and cannot be moved to a different account afterwards. If something does not arrive, check your Tebex payment history first and then write to us.

Updates and support

Every purchase includes free updates for that script and help through our Discord. Support covers installing the script and bugs in our own code. It does not cover custom changes to our files, features we never promised, or conflicts with third-party resources we have no control over, although we will usually try to point you in the right direction.

Subscriptions

Some products are sold as subscriptions. They renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the cancel link in your Tebex emails or from your Tebex payment history. Cancelling stops future payments.

Who can buy

You must be at least 16 years old to buy, as required by Tebex. You may not hide your location with proxies or similar tools when paying.

Our responsibility

We build our scripts with care but cannot promise they will work with every server setup or every future FiveM or framework update. We are not liable for lost players, downtime or indirect losses on your server. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms, for example when we add products or change how support works. The version that applies to you is the one live on the day you buy.
